DMCA Copyright Policy

bokepdock.in.net respects intellectual property rights. This policy describes the information needed in a DMCA notice and counter-notice.

1. Infringement Notification Requirements

If you are a copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of one, please report alleged copyright infringements by submitting a notice. To be valid under the DMCA, your notice must include the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, and the exact URL(s) on our site where the material is located so we can locate it.
  • Your contact details, including your physical address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Use Report Content to prepare the identifying URL and notice details locally. The form does not transmit them; a completed notice must be delivered independently through a real channel.

2. Counter-Notification Process

If your content was removed or access to it was disabled as a result of a copyright infringement notice, and you believe this was due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. The counter-notice must be written and include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed or to which access was disabled, and the URL before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, physical address, and telephone number, along with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you reside outside the United States, that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the district where the site operator is located).

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, bokepdock.in.net enforces a strict repeat infringer policy. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate the access of any user, content provider, or account holder who repeatedly violates copyright terms or receives multiple infringement notices.
